WHAT TYPE OF APPOINTMENT DO I NEED?

Bridal Consultation - for new brides wishing to browse our main and core collection pieces and have full access to all styles. During this appointment you will have time to try on up to 5 styles and re-try favourites at the end. These have a £25 fee and give you exclusivity of our bridal studio for you and up to 2 guests.

Bespoke Bridal Consultation- for Brides wanting to explore the option of having their dress custom made. These appointments are hosted by designer Jessica herself.

Return Appointment - for Brides wanting to return and try on favourite items before ordering. These are free of charge

Accessories Appointment - to browse our accessories collection only i.e. veils, bags, jewellery, sleeves. These have a £15 fee give you exclusivity of our bridal studio for you and up to 2 guest for 30 minutes.

Ready to Wear - for Brides wanting to try on any of our Ready to Wear pieces before ordering online.

Sample Sale - for Brides wanting to try on sample sale items before purchasing. Please note all sample sale pieces are final sale so we do recommend trying on prior to ordering if possible.

Brides with a current order who have received correspondence to say your dress is ready for a fitting please select ‘ Bridal Fitting’ . Please note all fittings are held midweek only. For Brides coming in for alterations ahead of collecting their dress please select ‘Bridal Final Fitting”.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT ?

If you are unable to attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours before. To change you can follow ‘CHANGE/CANCEL’ on your appointment confirmation email and this will bring up our online calender to reschedule your date and time. For cancellations/ changes within 24 hours we are unable to reschedule for you and you will need to arrange a new appointment via the ‘Bridal Consultation’ again.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

If you are booked for a ‘ Bespoke Bridal Consultation’ please make sure you have shared your reference moodboard with our team prior to booking. Please feel free to bring this along with you on the day of your appointment.

For all other appointments, we recommend wearing nude seamless underwear to help give you the best base. We have studio shoes available for you to try on with our dresses in sizes UK 4, 6,7. If you wish to bring your own please feel free.

We ask that you do not wear tan or heavy makeup to your initial appointment or fittings.

For all Bridal fittings (of your own dress) we ask that our brides bring their heels and underwear along to all fittings.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING WITH ME?

We ask for yourself +2 guests, we can make allowances for up to 3 if needed please just email us in advance.

Babies are welcome in prams however, please note we do not have baby changing facilities. Due to the nature of our workspace we work with scissors, pins and some sharp items and so it is not the right environment for children to attend appointments.

We do have disabled access if needed please let us know ahead of your appointment.

Mini dresses range from £1100-2300

Full length range from £1300-4900

Bespoke starts at £4000

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SAMPLES ?

The majority of our samples are size 12 but can be fit to 6-16 with pinning / panels.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Prices will be given at initial appointment. If you wish to go ahead we take 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The remaining 50% is then due before collection of your gown (wedding month). An invoice will be sent to you by email for your deposit amount with payment details on there for BACS transfer. Card payments are accepted in the studio.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS ?

We take measurements from all our brides at initial appointment and your dress is made to order based on these measurements and we allow room for small ease. If you are pregnant or wanting to postpone initial measurements until a later date please let your bridal stylist know this at the time.

For made to measure brides your first fitting will be approx 4 months before your wedding. Your dress will be made to a first fit stage which means fastenings and hems / finishings may not be done, we ask for all brides to ensure they bring their shoes and underwear they plan to wear on the day to this fitting and all other fittings. If further alterations are needed a second fitting will be scheduled between now and your wedding date. Final fittings and collections are then scheduled for 1/2 weeks before your wedding date. For final fit and collections we do this on the same day and we ask brides to get in to the studio to us early morning where the team will make for final fastenings, our in-house seamstresses will then work to complete your dress ready for you to take home later the same day.

For Bespoke Brides your fittings will start approx 4/5 months before your wedding, sometimes sooner depending on complexity of design. Bespoke designs require additional fittings and we ask that you ensure you have heels and underwear with you for all fittings. Your final fitting and collection will be approx 2 weeks before your wedding date.
