Returns Policy
RTW
Our ready to wear pieces are non-refundable due to them being made to order. We allow a 14 day cooling off period (from date of ordering) should you wish to cancel your order within this time frame.

Our Accessories are non-refundable due to them being made to order
Jewellery
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days from purchase. Items must be un-worn in their original packaging. To register a return please email hello@jessica-bennett.com
Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned
